Our brain works on a small amount of electricity much similar to a PC. Now, this electric vibrates at different frequencies. Generally, our mind vibrates at a rate of 20 cycles per second. As per scientist, it is called Beta frequency. At the time of our sleep the brain frequency slows down, it comes to a half cycle per second in the deepest level of natural sleep which is called Delta level. In spite of Beta and Delta, two more states of mind are Alpha and Theta. In Alpha states the brainwaves vibrates at 7-14 cycles per second whereas in Theta it vibrates at a rate of 4-7 cycles per second....
